About RefDat Postcodes
RefDat Postcodes is a free reference for every Australian suburb. We combine the 2021 Census, SEIFA socio-economic indexes, school directories from ACARA, and Australian Statistical Geography Standard boundaries into a single browse-by-place interface.
What we cover
Every postcode and suburb in Australia, organised by state, statistical region, Local Government Area (LGA), and individual suburb. Each page surfaces demographic, housing, income, education, and SEIFA data drawn from authoritative open data. Where data is missing we say so, rather than estimating.
